These Terms and Conditions govern all photography sessions booked with Tinder Photography (“we,” “us,” “our”) and apply to all clients (“you,” “your”). By booking a session, you agree to these terms in full.
All sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to attend your scheduled session.
If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, your session is forfeited and no credit or rescheduling will be provided.
You may reschedule your session at no charge provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled shoot date and time.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot are subject to a $150 rescheduling fee, payable before a new date is confirmed.
To reschedule, contact us directly at the earliest opportunity. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Tinder Photography sessions are primarily conducted outdoors. In the event of rain, extreme weather, or unsafe conditions, the photographer will assess the situation on the day and make the final determination on whether to proceed, delay, or postpone the session.
Where a session is postponed due to weather at the photographer’s discretion, it will be rescheduled at no additional charge to the client. The photographer’s decision on weather-related postponements is final.
We do not guarantee specific outdoor conditions and are not liable for weather-related outcomes beyond our control.
Edited photos will be delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking. Delivery timelines may vary based on session volume and editing workload. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Photos are delivered digitally. Print or physical deliverables are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Tinder Photography retains copyright over all images produced during your session. By booking a session, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your photos for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, including social media.
If you prefer your images not to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing at the time of booking. We will honour reasonable requests at our discretion.
You receive a personal licence to use your photos on dating apps and personal social media accounts. Commercial use of images requires separate written agreement.
We reserve the right to end a session early if a client behaves in a manner that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a session is limited to the amount paid for that session. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
